In all the years that RBM has been in business, our reputation for quality products and quality service has been our advertising. By asking questions about your project or intended use of the products, we help you to identify the right materials for your needs at a price that fits your budget. If our products are not appropriate for your project, we will tell you. And we will do all we can to get our products to you in a timely manner. Every employee works to ensure that our customer service is unsurpassed. We believe our job is to produce quality products and then educate you about those products and their uses; and if they fit your needs, you will choose to buy them.
We process each log for its unique features, the same features that high production lumber mills would likely pass up as too time-consuming to deal with. Often the features that are considered defects are the same characteristics that give the wood its beautiful and unusual appearance. We work carefully with this material to create stunning and interesting finished products. It has taken over 20 years to develop this product line and the processes required to produce and distribute it. We appreciate the patience and hard work of those employees who have helped to make it happen.
Each product that leaves our company is processed out of respect for the environment, for the people that produce it, and for the customers that receive it.
Delivery Options
Pickup: Orders can be picked up at our facility Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Delivery: We offer deliveries to most areas within a 100 mile radius. Please call for an exact quote
Common Carrier: If deliveries are requested outside of our normal delivery area, we can arrange for common carrier delivery. Common carriers generally experience far less damage than parcel services.
Parcel Service: Parcel services (FedEx Ground, UPS, Etc.) are available upon request. Each parcel service provider has specific size and weight restrictions which must be adhered to.
Payment Options
We accept Cash, Check, Visa, or MasterCard. We do not accept American Express or Discover Card.
To request an open account with RBM Lumber, you will be asked to fill out a credit application. Open account charges are net due by the 10th of the following month.
